My sister and I have started using your service end of December and what a fantastic experience We have had till date. We are recommending you every where :)

After 22 years living in UAE, I gave up on finding the right flower shop service that can deliver most beautiful and creative arrangements with a good price and value for money!

But you came along and gave me hope. Not only your arrangements are beautiful, elegant and look exactly as in the pictures on your website, but on top of that, the cakes, cupcakes, brownies.... all are top quality and very very very tasty. Packaging is wonderful.

Your website is easy to use. Your customer service team are very helpful, switched on and respond fast. Your delivery team and tracking system are brilliant!

In my opinion you are five stars! You are the best.

I have one request from you..... Please never ever change. You will grow a lot because you are unique but as you do so, I beg you not to change.

Sally was the Customer Service Representative that assisted me. From the beginning all the way to post delivery of the product, her customer serviceship was Outstanding, Awesome, Very Professional, Very Accomodating, she has some sort of magnet that attracts the customer to feel at ease in placement of order process. At the beginning, I was having issues during the payment of my order in your payment site.

For some reason, my payment did not go through. So out of desperation I connected to chat line where Sally happened to be the next available Customer Service Agent. Oh my God, she is so awesome and led me towards completion of my order. She is very accomodating and very assuring that my order will be ordered and delivered in timely manner which was my original concern. You are lucky to have a Customer Service Agent like Sally. Please extent my regards to Sally and a heartfull thanks for her Great Customer Serviceship!!!

About the product delivery quality and product quality itself. My Wife was so surprised and happy to received the Anniversary Gift in very timely manner! I am very well satisf ied with the delivery service! About the product, the flowers were outstandingly fresh, the balloon was proudly flying high and erectlike my Love! And the Cake, of my goodness! My wife said the cake was so delicious. It is unsurpass comparing to all cakes they had in Dubai. By far that was the most delicious cake they ever had in Dubai. The quality was like those being served in high end establishments and hotels. According to my Wife, it was so creamy , soft and the sugar level was perfect, not so sweet not and yet so light, it was the right level that you would keep on eating and would not stop eating until it's gone.

I ordered 'Field of Butterflies' bouquet from Canada to be delivered in Abu Dhabi. The bouquet was fresh, full and colorful, and the vase that came with it can be re-used which was an added bonus. Delivery was quick (next day due to time difference) and instructions were followed. The fact that they use PayPal as a mode of payment was comforting for me but I guess at this point I already decided to become a permanent customer.

Later on I found out that they customized a cake for my sister for her engagement party and I remember everyone complimenting the design and the taste of it.

Thank you Flowershop, you will definitely be hearing from me again!
PS: I hope you deliver to Canada since I struggle to find quality and good priced bouquets here.

They communicated with me efficiently when i made an error and had to change my order, and each time i use them the flowers cakes and balloons always arrive on time.

You get a confirmation email once the delivery has been made and over all i cant fault them which is great when you are sending flowers in another country!

You collect reward points which you can convert into cash discount however they also offfer great free add ons as an alternative.... i normally go for the red velvet cakes! Yummy!

Also... the flowers are as shown which is great!

It was his birthday and so I ordered some chocolate covered strawberries and a birthday balloon to be delivered to him on his actual birthday by theflowershop.ae. I must say that they were extremely helpful and I placed the order on the morning of his birthday and yet only a few hours later they were delivered to him! He told me the strawberries were delicious and clearly their service was efficient. I would highly recommend using them to send gifts.
